— The Challenge
People arriving here are usually anxious and under time pressure, searching in Bengali for something legally precise. The site had to answer the practical questions — which documents, what age, what it costs, how long it takes — before asking for a phone number.
Legal fees also had to be stated honestly against the 2022 government gazette rates, because vagueness about cost is exactly what makes this category feel untrustworthy.
— The Approach
Built the site bilingually in Bengali and English, with Bengali as the primary voice since that is how the audience actually searches.
Separated the services into distinct paths — court marriage registration, divorce, Hindu marriage registration, and certificate issuance — so each has its own page and its own search visibility.
Published fees against the gazette schedule instead of hiding them behind an enquiry, and built a detailed FAQ covering NID and passport requirements, minimum ages, Kabin Nama and online registration status.
Added a success gallery and a repeated contact CTA, and supported the site with an ongoing Bengali article series that captures long-tail legal searches.
— The Result
A professional, bilingual lead-generation site where each service has its own page, fees are stated openly, and a detailed FAQ answers the practical questions before a visitor decides to call.
Repeated contact calls to action, a success gallery and a supporting Bengali article series give the site several ways to turn searches into enquiries.
