— The Challenge
This is a coaching practice, not a product shop — and the catalogue mixes things Shopify does not treat alike: £97.99 self-paced courses, 1:1 transformation programmes in the £2,500–£3,000 range, and short drop-in sessions of 45 and 75 minutes. All of it had to sit in one storefront without the high-ticket work looking like an impulse buy.
The audience is Muslim women making a sensitive, personal decision. Trust had to be established before price ever appeared, and the free 15-minute introductory call had to be the easiest thing on the page to find.
— The Approach
Structured the catalogue in three tiers — self-learning courses, 1:1 programmes, and drop-in sessions — so a visitor self-selects by commitment level instead of scrolling one flat product grid.
Built the high-ticket programme pages as long-form sales pages rather than product templates: outcome, who it is for, what is included, and the confidentiality commitment, with the buy action repeated down the page.
Wired the free clarity call as the primary CTA in the header and hero, so the low-friction entry point is always one tap away and the paid work is discovered after trust is built.
Enabled payment plans on the £2,500+ programmes and surfaced the 24-hour cancellation policy at checkout, removing the two objections that stall a high-value booking.
— The Result
A Shopify storefront that presents self-paced courses, 1:1 programmes and short drop-in sessions in clear tiers, so visitors can choose by their level of commitment.
The free introductory call is the main action from the header and hero, the high-ticket programme pages work as long-form sales pages, and payment plans and the cancellation policy are visible at checkout.
